Start by cleaning your mattress. Vacuum to remove any dust, dirt, or debris. Make sure it’s completely dry before packing.
Place your mattress inside a mattress bag or cover. These can be purchased from your local U-Haul store or online. Use packing tape to seal the mattress bag or cover completely. Make sure there are no openings.
Affix your storage label to your mattress. Also use a marker to write your name, Collegeboxes ID, and phone number on the mattress bag. This will help identify it when needed.
