Ship to School is the most convenient way for students to move to school. Simply pack your belongings, ship them to us, and we’ll deliver them to you when you get to school.

Ship to School FAQs

Can my items be delivered on a different date?

Yes. If you need service on a date other than those listed, you can schedule a special delivery for an additional fee of $475 and up depending on date. You can also choose to pick up your items at our storage facility. A minimum of three business days’ notice is required for scheduling.

What if I miss my pickup?

If you miss your pickup, you can reschedule for the following business day or you can choose to drop-off your packages at any FedEx location. Missed pickups cannot be rescheduled for same day, Saturday, Sunday, or the Holidays.

Will FedEx pick up from my dorm room or apartment?

Check with your building management. Customers who are having their packages picked up from a dorm or apartment may have to bring their packages to a central pickup location (campus mail room, apartment office, etc.).
