Does the weight on the label for boxes need to be accurate?

If you’re unsure of the weight, you can estimate it based on the box’s contents or use a bathroom scale for a rough idea.

It’s advisable to err on the lighter side when estimating. You’ll be charged based on the displayed weight, unless your boxes are significantly heavier than your estimate. In such cases, we’ll contact you to discuss any additional charges.
