Overall, the experience was great in terms of the boxes being available and delivered on time, but there was a lot of uncertainty about pick up time, and what was expected upon delivery a.k.a. they were just dropped off at the dorm versus brought up to the room. only having a text option for troubleshooting is not acceptable given that you are shipping thousands of dollars worth of items across the country. I highly recommend having a dedicated line that spans time zones for this service, and a unified system that integrated with the U-Haul numbers so that everybody can provide the same information.
