We loved the convenience of having everything picked up from home and waiting for us in her dorm room. We wish we could have had a little more time prior to move in for the pickup. When we arrived on campus it was so great to see all the boxes had arrived. They were pretty beaten up though. It didn’t look like much care was taken when moving them. My rating is based primarily on the convenience factor of the service however the handling of the boxes definitely was not ideal.
