I accidentally printed shipping labels for my boxes instead of storage labels and didn’t realize the mistake until after Tony from Collegeboxes had already picked them up. Tony responded to my texts and phone calls and was incredibly helpful throughout the entire situation. He was understanding, stayed in contact with us for two days while I tried to locate my boxes, and even reached out to the corporate office to assist us.
