The FedEx Carrier never showed up to pick up the boxes as scheduled. I had to make other arrangements which was extremely frustrating. When I contacted FedEx, the lied and kept changing the time they supposedly showed up.
The staff that delivered the boxes to her school were great, they were helpful, polite and professional.
