It was a real pleasure working with Collegeboxes. It was our first time so weren’t sure what to expect. At times, it can be a little hard to contact them but I was finally able to get one of their employees on the phone and they were very helpful. The greatest challenge we had was that our son was not able to get out of class on the days they were doing pick ups from his university so it would be nice if they were a little more flexible by offering more pick up options. We had to rent a car for our son to take his items to their location. When it’s all said and done, they did their best with the current policies they have in place. And yes, I would still recommend them to other families.
