It was an easy process once I got signed up, but the online process of signing up was unnecessarily difficult, I thought. We wanted the boxes shipped to a non-campus facility since the delivery windows would not fit our schedule. In order to do that, I had to contact customer service 4 or 5 times in order for them to make custom links.
