The delivery and pick up people and process were awesome! Son forgot a lock and they locked it for him. My ONLY complaint was billing and pricing seemed totally random. I thought we paid upfront but we kept getting charged for many things all summer. So billing was SUPER confusing! We still don’t know what we ended up paying and what it was for- which makes us VERY hesitant to use the service again or refer others.
