Create your account, choose your pickup date and order supply kit (optional). It's free to create an account, you only pay for your supply kit when you sign up.
If you ordered a supply kit during sign up, we ship your supplies right to your address. Kits are shipped 1 business day after sign up (supply kits for early sign ups are shipped 2-3 weeks before pickup)
Pack all your belongings, then using your collegeboxes account create and print storage and (or) shipping labels for all your boxes and misc storage items. Attach labels to corresponding items.
We come right to your room and pickup your storage and shipping items. Free pickups are offered on select dates corresponding with school's academic calendar. Special pickups available for an additional fee**.
All your boxes and misc items are transported to our local store. Storage items are placed in our secure climate controlled storage and shipping items are shipped out on the next available date.

Move back to school like a pro with Collegeboxes Ship To School service. Ship To School is the most convenient and inexpensive way to move your belongings back to school. Bring only essential items in your luggage when flying or driving to campus. Everything else, ship back to school with us!
Registration is only $39.99 to secure your spot and includes a free supply kit* shipped right to your address via courier and arrives 4-6 business days after sign up. Sign ups made within 6 days of sign up by date will not receive free supply kit.
Pack your belongings, then using your collegeboxes account, print shipping labels for each item and attach the labels to the corresponding item using label pouches or clear shipping tape.
On your scheduled pickup date, a courier will come right to your address and pickup all your labeled items. You can also drop off your items at any FedEx location at no additional charge.
Your shipped items arrive at our secure climate controlled storage facility. Once there, we receive and temporarily store your packages until the final delivery date to campus. You can also pickup your packages at our facility, free of charge.
On your scheduled delivery date, we deliver all your items directly to your room. It's that easy! Free deliveries to campus are offered on select dates corresponding with school's academic calendar. Special deliveries available for additional fee**.

$15 per box, this covers receiving and temporary storage (up to 1 month) of your items at our storage facility near your school. Each additional month of storage is $15 per item.

Storage prices are per item per academic term and includes $100 of declared valuation protection free of charge. Storage for boxes, luggage, trunks, and plastic storage items range from $45 to $60 each. Storage for furniture, appliances, bikes and misc non-boxed items range from $35 to $75 each per academic term. Extended storage is our regular storage price per item for each academic term that the items are stored. Your credit card will be charged automatically when your items remain in storage beyond the original term. See entire Storage Price Table below.
Each item you store or ship includes $100 of free declared valuation protection. Additional protection may be purhased; the cost is $3.00 per $100 of declared valuation protection added. The maximum protection per item is $1,000. The maximum protection for all your items is $6,000.
Exposure to and risk of any loss in excess of the declared value is assumed by the customer. You may transfer this risk to an insurance carrier of your choice through the purchase of an insurance policy. Contact an insurance agent or broker if you desire insurance coverage. WE DO NOT PROVIDE INSURANCE COVERAGE OF ANY KIND.

If you are returning to campus early as an Athlete, RA, Orientation Leader, etc., we suggest you ship one box home for the summer with your bedding and toiletries so you have them with you when you arrive on campus early, then we will deliver your stored items on the delivery date you selected.
Our free delivery dates are designed to coincide with the move-in dates of the general population of returning students. Due to the high volume and the complexity of deliveries, we cannot promise any other free delivery dates than what is posted.
Special deliveries on dates other than our free posted dates may be arranged for an additional fee of $295 and up. Another option for students returning early is a free self pickup from our storage location. Advance notice of 72 hours is required.

In the event that the customer is not present for their scheduled pickup/delivery date and time, then the customer will be charged a missed appointment fee of $75. Customer will also have to reschedule their pickup/delivery and may have to pay a special pickup/delivery fee if no free dates are available.
Late payment / declined credit card fee. A $15 fee will be charged if payment cannot be processed within 5 days of pickup. An additional $30 declined credit card fee will be charged after second attempt to take payment, and a $45 declined credit card fee will be charged after the third attempt to take payment. Each additional attempt to take payment will incur a $15 late payment fee.
Free pickups and deliveries are offered on select dates corresponding with school's academic calendar. If you want a date other than our free dates, you can schedule a special pickup / delivery for an additional fee of $295 and up depending on date. You can also choose to drop-off / pickup your items at our storage facility free of charge.
If you plan to transfer to a different school, Collegeboxes can store then ship your items via FedEx to your new campus mailroom. FedEx shipping fees apply. Please note; only boxes and luggage can be stored if you plan to utilize this option. We cannot ship furniture and appliances.
Transfer shipments can be scheduled on Mon or Wed of each week. Items will leave our storage facility via FedEx within 1-3 business days of the date selected. Transit time is 1-5 business days depending on distance. Shipments are delivered Mon-Fri. No shipments are delivered on weekends or holidays.
Collegeboxes does not offer free pickups from off-campus addresses. Special off campus pickups within 5 miles of campus may be arranged for an additional fee of $295 and up. Another option for students living off campus is a free self drop-off of your items at our local storage location. Advance notice of 72 hours is required.
Collegeboxes is designed to pickup from, and deliver back to, on-campus housing at the same university campus. Off-campus deliveries are shipped via FedEx and local FedEx shipping fees apply. Please note; only boxes and luggage can be stored if you plan to utilize this option. We cannot ship furniture, appliances or unboxed items to off-campus addresses..
Off-campus shipments can be scheduled on Mon or Wed of each week. Items will leave our storage facility via FedEx within 1-3 business days of the date selected. Local transit time is 1-2 business days depending on distance. Shipments are delivered Mon-Fri. No shipments are delivered on weekends or holidays.
Special off campus deliveries within 5 miles of campus may be arranged for an additional fee of $295 and up. Another option for moving off campus is a free self pickup from our storage location. Advance notice of 72 hours is required.
