This is our 3rd time using college boxes. Housing was held up for my son this semester & we were not able to have his stuff delivered right away. I appreciated the policy that gave us time to figure out where he would be placed. It was determined that he would not need all of his college boxes because of the new housing arrangement. CB allowed him to choose which boxes he needed to ship home & which he would take. Very helpful since we live 1000 miles away from campus. Boxes arrived home in perfect condition. Thank you.
