U-Box storage moving pods at Stanford University

Collegeboxes provides U-Box storage and moving pods (5'x8'x7'6") to Stanford University community. U-Box containers are delivered to any of the 15 on-campus locations during June move-out, stored off-campus for the summer, then delivered back to campus for September move-in. If your plans change over the summer we'll be happy continue to store your U-Box container, delivery it off-campus, or have it shipped anywhere world-wide (additional storage and shipping fees apply)

How Stanford U-Box Service Works

1. Sign up and reserve your U-Box online - Create an account, choose your drop-off date, location, number of U-Box pods you need to reserve, and insurance desired.
	2. We drop-off your U-Box - On the date you selected, we drop-off your empty U-Box container at the on-campus location you requested. U-Box containers must be picked up within 3 days of your drop-off date (per Stanford University). June initial delivery to campus is $99.00.
3. Load and lock your U-Box - Load up your container and lock it up using the free lock included with each U-Box rental. Once you are ready for your U-Box to be picked up, notify us using your collegeboxes.com account.
	4. We pickup and store your U-Box - Once you've notified us you are ready, we pickup your U-Box and store it in our climate-controlled facility. Storage from June to September is $245.85. Each additinal month after September is $81.95 per month.
5. We deliver - U-Box pods are delivered back to your requested on-campus location free of charge on scheduled dates in September only. Deliveries made off-campus or in any month other than September are at an additional fee (see pricing below).

U-Box Pricing

Initial Delivery Fee: $99.00 includes empty U-Box delivery to campus and full U-Box return to storage. Off-campus initial deliveries within 5 miles of campus are $198. Off-campus initial deliveries outside of 5 miles from campus are at additional fee and vary by destination. Please call (781-932-1113) for a one-way quote.

Storage Fee: $245.85 includes storage from June to September. Amount is paid in full upon initial delivery to campus and is not pro-rated for early returns. Minimum storage term for any U-Box rental is 3 months. Extended storage after 3rd month is $81.95 per month, no proration.

Return Delivery Fee: Deliveries made back to an on-campus drop-off location in the month of September are FREE. On campus return deliveries in any month other than September are $198. On-Campus Drop Locations and Dates

June Initial Drop-off Dates: We drop-off between June 1st and 15th at on-campus location of your choice. All U-Box pods will be picked up no later than 5PM on June 20th (U-Box containers at locations #1A, #1B, #1C and #2 must be picked up before June 15th). U-Box containers can only remain on campus 3 days after your drop-off date.

Deliveries made in any month other than September or to an off-campus location are at an additional fee.
